Errol H. Stambler

For 45-plus years as a California State Bar Certified Criminal Law Specialist, Errol H. Stambler protects people who face Federal and State criminal charges from white-collar allegations to serious and gang-related offenses. As a former Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney, Errol understands the criminal justice system from a prosecutor’s viewpoint, giving him unique insight into his practice. Mr. Stambler’s practice covers trial work, motions, and appeals, including post-trial Writs of Habeas Corpus. Mr. Stambler has the highest ethical standards to treat clients as they deserve: respect and quality of representation.

Given his prominent reputation, Errol consistently achieved an “AV” rating from his peers and judges for over 30 years. Of the 12 published opinions in the Ninth Circuit, one of which was granted Writ of Certiorari by the United States Supreme Court from an En Banc Decision of the Ninth Circuit (United States vs. Keys).

• Represented Florio Fiorini in the purchase of MGM Studios by Canon Pathe – Credit Lyonnais
• Represented Sergio Hochman in the most significant money laundering case in the United States Operation Polar Cap. (The history of the case was published in the book entitled Washed in Gold)
